UseeMagic offers AI-powered image and video creation tools. Features may evolve over time, and we may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service without advance notice.

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We only process data needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Face-related effects are processed for output generation; related data is not retained for identification once a task completes.

• Auto-renewal: Paid plans renew automatically each billing period. Charges are applied to your App Store account before renewal.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device App Store settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or App Store policies.

You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, hateful, violent, obscene, or otherwise harmful material, nor attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service for unauthorized commercial gain.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations and pursue available legal remedies.

All rights in the Service—including software, design, branding, and underlying technology—belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended.

You retain ownership of content you upload. To operate the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and adapt that content solely for Service delivery. This license ends when the content is removed from our systems.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. You use the Service at your own risk.

Where permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost data or profits—arising from your use of the Service.
